About Us
About our troop 22092… We are a Girl Scout Troop of 7. Most of us started as Daisy Scouts in Kindergarten. We have always been involved in the Mt Pleasant Community. We started with tours of local business. We earned our Bronze Award as Junior Girl Scouts (grades 4 & 5) by working with the Mt. Pleasant Garden Club pulling weeds and planting flowers. We also painted hopscotch boards and four square boards for the kids at Norvelt Elementary. We are now Cadette Girl Scouts in grades 6, 7 and 8. Six of us earned the Bronze Award and the same six are working on the Silver Award.

About the Silver Award
A special Board of Girl Scout Administrators meet to approve the award. It is the highest Honor a Girl Scout in grades 6,7 and 8 can earn. Each girl must complete 50 hours of project time to better their community. Mostly it is an award of Leadership.
